Toddlers at the Table: Growth, Nutrition and Challenges

A lot can change when children enter their toddler years. This webinar provides an overview for parents and providers about some of the nutrition-related issues and challenges for toddlers. We will address growth and how this changes.  We will discuss the construct of “healthy” and what this really means for toddlers; including key nutrients, serving sizes and parental pressures to raise “healthy” kids.  We will also learn about some of the common nutrition challenges that arise during the toddler years and strategies for managing these challenges.
